Meeting Room Rentals

The Okotoks Public Library has 2 meeting rooms available for public rental. Room 1 holds up to 35 people and Room 2 holds up to 15. Each room has a small kitchenette including a sink, mini-fridge and microwave. Coffee makers are provided but coffee, sugar and creamer is not. Tables and chairs are available for use andthe renter is responsible to set up and take down.

Rental Rates (same for both rooms):

  • For-Profit Organizations/Individuals - $25/hour
  • Non-Profit Organizations/Individuals - $15/hour

Equipment Rates:

  • TV, VCR/DVD - $15 per use
  • LCD (Multimedia) Projector - $15 per use
  • LCD + TV/VCR/DVD - $15 per use
  • Video Conference Equipment - free with room rental
