CANCELLED - Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners in Plain English
This program offers adults an introductory level of learning the foundational habit of meditation, to experience mindfulness. There will be down to earth guidance with a mentor, supporting a community of like minded students, to include open discussions and experiential practice of the skills required to take this habit of "present heart" out into the world.
Bring only a willingness to practice with a sincere and consistent effort, along with writing material.
