Sharing My Crayons (Puppet Workshop)

'Celebrate Our Identity' - Alberta Culture Days, September 2023

Ages 6-9 years

Inspired by the short poem "Sharing My Crayons", participants will make a colourful paper and cloth rod puppet. This basic puppet style has lots of expressive movement and is easy to make with a step-by-step creation process. Fun puppet improv games round out the workshop, as we think about what friendship really means.
