Workshops facilitated by Richard Bradley, local high school teacher
Is your High School doing a play or musical next year? Do you want to get a jump on preparing for auditions? Then this Performance Arts Workshop is for you!
Teens in grades 9-12 can sign up for acting, singing and dancing workshops for 4 consecutive weeks.
Learn how to:
*Portray a character in a musical, including stage presence and scene awareness (scene blocking)
*Sing as part of plot advancement and conveying emotion
*Move on stage as part of a choreographed scene (dancing)
A short scene from a popular musical will be selected to rehearse and perform, highlighting the key areas of performance arts.
An excellent way to prepare for High School auditions!
