This Vinyasa Flow class will take you through challenging movements building heat & focusing on breath awareness, ending with a well-deserved savasana rest. This class is open to all levels, modifications encouraged as needed. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat & water. Arrive 15 minutes early to start promptly at 7:00pm.
