Mindfulness: A state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness techniques can help relieve anxiety, manage emotions, and focus attention. Please join us! Bring yourself, we will have everything else needed for mindfulness. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it. Classes facilitated by Alberta Health Services.
